I agree, A Clockwork Orange is amazing. Kubrick at his best. I like Eyes Wide Shut as well, although I know many of his fans consider it one of his 'lesser' films.

I watched 12 monkeys when I was younger, and I had absolutely no idea what the hell was going on, and I still thought it was good.

Twelve Monkeys is awesome. Bleak, but awesome. Bruce Willis gave an excellent performance. Brad Pitt was good too, although it did add to a long list of 'twitchy' performances.

I think Brad Pitt won an oscar for that movie. He was awesome in it. Especially in the first part.

Brad Pitt won an oscar for Twelve Monkeys and not Fight Club? Crazy.
Speaking of oscars, I beleive that the oscar that was most deserved was Charlize Theron for her performance in Monster. This is mainly because teh award wasn't given simply on principal (they were in a movie about the holochaust -woot!) it was entirely down to her talent. It wasn't exactly a glorifying role, unlike Russel Crowe who only EVER plays roles that gloryfy him.
