Here's a tutorial I like to call "Banning IPs". This is for Lun, in the event that he doesn't know how to do this:
Get his IP Address.
If you have a file manager:
Open the File Manager
Create a file called .htaccess
Add this line:
If you don't:
Create a file called .htaccess with this inside of it:
Upload it.
Just in case you don't know how to do it.
Get his IP Address.
If you have a file manager:
Open the File Manager
Create a file called .htaccess
Add this line:
- Code: Select all
deny from (IP goes here)
If you don't:
Create a file called .htaccess with this inside of it:
- Code: Select all
deny from (IP goes here)
Upload it.
Just in case you don't know how to do it.

He's had 4 ips (I think, although they're kinda abnormal). He's gotta be using proxies.
