1) mIRC sucks for everything but script running
2) even when your trial version expires it still works. You just have to wait longer for the little message to change
3) There's HydraIRC, Trillian, gAIM, pIRCH, all sorts of java applets, and I'm sure more that I'm forgetting. Seriously, stop using mIRC.

Let's just ignore the fact that IRC is a chat protocol, not an instant messanging program...

There's nothing wrong with mIRC, if you just want to chat. There are other IRC clients (like SysReset, which is just a modified version of mIRC), which let you do other shit (specifically set up file servers, which are awesome for anime).

Edit: And Trillian sucks.

mIRC is ugly. Therefonce, it sucks.

And yes. Trillian is awful. I now like gAIM. It smells purdy.

Only reason I don't like Trillian is because it hogs so much bandwidth. And way to disapoint me, I was going to give into my side of the bargain! And I play on USwest simply because USeast doesn't work for me anymore. But I still play BW on east so if you want a hookup my boys in [X] and SX can hook you up.

And all of you fools just quit the Zirc network looking for waldo instead of opening a new channel. iamtheverb came back from something and was very confused as to why 6-8 people just up and left in less than a minute. :roll:
