....It's that time again....Ryan....
Posted: Sun May 02, 2004 12:12 amI am both pleased and disturbed to inform you all that Ryan will most definitely not be rejoining us here at the The Way community. 
I talked to him about three weeks ago, and he said that he was tired with the RM2K Community in general, and that he was no longer interested in being part of it.
Of course, many of you who know who Ryan is (or was, I should say) are probably rejoicing right about now. However, this is somewhat bad news for those of you who were looking forward to being on the staff of his Game Wrath RM2K community. (I was going to be an Chief Article/Review Editor). He raised $200+.......(not much mean you think about it)...and was pumped up with courage and thrill. He purchased a domain, established a game engine, and so on.
Then suddenly, one day, he reports that both his community and his project (the Ninth Spirit, I believe it was going to be called) were going to be trashed. I can honestly say that I was not surprised, for there were several accounts where, while still Web Master of Lun's website, Ryan disappointed and angered the forum members gravely. In one instance, he would come up with a new idea, and change the forum to meet his desires. Yet, in the process, he failed to mention to the members that they were going to need to reregister onto the board. That day, there were several "Guest" forum entries made, if you know what I mean
. He did this about five times (I rounded down 
). I can't say that I was disappointed in his closing-down of Game Wrath, because I would have been stuck writing articles and reviews for a community ran by guys half my age. 
Ryan was a cool kid, but he sucked as a leader, I must say.
Yet again, Ryan preveiled in making us all proud.
I just thought I would inform you all of this. If you don't know who Ryan is, then at least act like you do and celebrate with the rest of us.
