Promotion Parties do not provide any kind of guarantees or warranties that any spacecraft will be built nor that any space flights of any spacecraft will take place in the future.
They always leave a loophole for themselves.

Have you people not heard of the Ansari X-Prize? The companies that are sending up commercialized space flights have already booked a hell of a lot of moneys worth of flights. The spaceships will go up simply because they'd rather have a spaceship made of glue than refund millions of dollars.
