Ok that was a kickass series but a little too short.

Hey do any of guys you know if they are making another series of Full Metal Alchemist? you know "when Al brings Ed back or Ed somehow find's his way back."

I know that there is a movie but that is set in between the 9th and 12th episodes or something like that.

You make my brain hurt... The movie is set after episode 51 and is supposed to conclude the story, and we can only hope it doesn't suck in the end. I thought the last few episodes of FMA were kind of rushed, it would be a shame if even the movie were too, just because so much needs to happen.

So........ whats so good about this series?
You constantly go on about it CJ but you've never said why.....

All the good series are rather short... difficult to keep a story going too long without becoming flamingly repetitive or straight-out boring.

Except the point is, they never win. The last real episode of the anime shown (168) contains no resoultion at all. Here's a quick summary.

Good guys: Oh no! It's Naraku!
Naraku: I'm evil.
*fight ensues*
Narku: Hmmm... *runs away*
Good Guys: Oh no! Naraku escaped again. Oh well! We'll get him later!
*end of episode*

Ha....DBZ...Far too long.

Yeah... I cant believe they pulled that off...
...and then in the space of 3 or so episodes they pass the years between saga's.....

Ok since I have finished watching FMA, i'm bored, so does anyone know of a good anime series that does not drag on, has a good story and is interesting to watch, and is funny?

Doesn't drag on? Man, but One Piece is otherwise really good! Erm, let me think... Please Twins is short and decent, besides the huge amounts of fanservice. Same goes for Chobits. Make sure you check out Chrno Crusade if you've never seen it before, because that's definitely really good. Final Fantasy Unlimited may be the greatest thing to ever receive the FF title.

The ultimate in not-dragging-on, for the record, is FLCL. Just don't expect it to make sense the first time.

Is that the one where this kid gets some portal machine thingy in his head in exchange for his brain and all these robots come out of his head and attack him?

I've always been one for the gundam series. Theres alot of them but they are usually really good.

This is a prime example of overdone anime, I just remember one episode, oh wait it was like 5, that it was just all Goku standing there collecting the giant ball of energy....5 episodes....

How many Dragon Ball Z characters does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

...another pretty good looking series is Avatar... but it like only just coming out in Australia.

Summary of Dragon Ball Z

"Yes, we've finally defeated the Evil Alien Overlord Andriod Fusion Monster!"

"Wait a second! He's powering up! How can his power levels be so high, I've never seen anything like this!"

"Hahah! Now you have struck me down with your powerful Energy Beam I have just absorbed it to become even stronger. Now you will see my NEXT FORM!"

"Oh my god! How are we going to beat him!"

"Don't worry, I've been holding back my true potential this entire time, now I will go Super Saiyan 6!"

"HWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!" (Powering up)

Seven Episodes later...

"This is my true power!"

"Wow, I didn't think your power levels could reach that high, you are a worthy opponent, but now you are going to see my final Eighteenth form!"

A further seven episodes later...

"Oh no, he's too strong for us. What can we do!?"

"AHAHAHAH! You are no match for me!"

"Everybody, lend me your energy, I will create an uber magismo ultra-don megaplex energy beam that might just stop him!"

"What are you doing!? Pah, pitiful, your attempt is futile, I don't even need to bother with you any more!"

"NOW!"

Insert flashy repetitive animations here.

"How can this be!? If only I had bothered to stop you gathering all that energy at the time! UWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!" *Dies*

"Wow, he was tough, I'm beat!"

"Here, I will heal you now, which I should have done mid-battle anyway."

*Healing*

"Wow! I feel great, come on everybody, let's go home!"
