Exiled has been dead since early 2004. We've been manipulating him with strings, but mostly he just flops back and forth, unable to do anything. But yeah, I doubt he'll have any noticeable reaction to the hurricane, he'll just stand there with his eyes glued open.

We've discovered Exiled's superpower! He's completely invincible when he is doing absolutely nothing.

Well, that could be useful. He could be like Kirby using the stone ability! He can't be hurt, but unless he's in the air when he uses it, he can't do anything useful.

That would require him being active too often. That thing wears off after like 7 seconds.
