I dunno, he's wearing all black and has a ninja sword on his back (unless thats a pirate's cutlass but it doesn't look like it from here and they're usually on the belt).
A pirate ninja is a thing of sheer beauty, and madness. How can one be expected to uphold the teachings of his ninja order while still pilaging and being generally piraty enough to look cool in front of his pirate freinds?

You can't see it, but he has a cutlass and a battleaxe aswell, and a sheild on his back, a couple of flintlocks, tons of hidden Ninja Stars and smoke bombs.

It can shapeshift, into any animal, it just stays in parrot form cause it's Gay, as in colourful, vibrant, happy, not queer.
