Well, I've made a site. A general gaming/game dev/modding/mapping site. There is going to be some RPGMaker stuff there eventually, but we don't have much yet. We also have a forum, and right now there is an RP going on there. I'm thinking that a community stocked with Crestfalleners would be bursting at the seams with awesomeness, so I'm officially inviting all you guys to come over and take a look.

Interesting...did you buy your own server? Or did you purchase a spot on a server?

Naw, I just pay monthly for hosting. Sort-of like those crappy free hosts, only not free and definitely not crappy. I pay $20 a month for DreamHost Codemonster plan, which gets me 60 gb hard disk space, and 1.6 TERRA-bytes (that's right, TERRABYTES) of bandwidth a month. Pretty good for not owning my own server, eh?

nah....Got a buddy of mine who runs an FTP and a torrent tracker, as well as the radio station we had up and running (with minimal lag, I am told) for the party, as well as about a dozen personal websites and some of their forums...I've only known him since 7th grade, but apparently he went through a great deal of effort to acquire that server and is more than happy to lend a hand for a friend...however, I only say that because he lets me use his tracker to share some pretty small files with my friends and not as an offer....Oh, yeah, forgot he also does CS and CS:S servers, and Ventrillo for those servers. It's all very fast, so it's cool.

His current dealie is some sort of DDR computer program, but he's also mass-distributing *cough* Quality Media *cough* and modding various hardware, including his disturbingly wasteful linux iPod, his Japanese modded ps2, and of course, the totally jacked up Xbox...but yeah, he's the legally blind one I've mentioned, you know, no peripheral vision? Yeah, that one, so it's okay that he goes waaaaay overboard in terms of techie-ness. I swear his server is crazy-awesome...I remember he mentioned his traffic was like....10 gigs a day on torrents, but that was a great deal of time ago.

That would be the spaces in the name. It doesn't support spaces, for some reason, so just use underscores.

EDIT: We're starting a forum roleplay pretty soon, for those of you nerdy enough to be into that sort of thing.
