I don't feel like fixing quicktime to watch it... but it comes out in a freakin' year.

It looks like Hodgoblin will be the main villain in a set up to make Venom the villain of the 4th. Thats is what I am getting from it.

Oooooor its both in one movie.

Grrr i hate marvel, venom is the best villian, and yet they might be wasting three movies on some gay goblins with him leading behind?!

My guess is they're trying to add a tint of realism to the movies.

Example? The JUGGERNAUT (BITCH) is portrayed as a muscular mutant that can be stopped by the leech boy. As for the comic, which it is based off of, if any of you ever cared to look it up, it's explained that he is a "champion" of some kind that has been granted power by a god-like being after touching a magic crystal. Magic? No, America would begin to associate magic with mutants then, so they'd obviously expect harry potter to pop out of somebody's ass and start the close-ups on his prissy teenage face. Plus there are the tons of "Hey where did you come from?" "Oh, me? Alternate universe" AKA convenient plot hole moments. It's not enough for mainstream America (I know other nations got to see it, but it just sounds better to say that) to just go "Alternate dimension? Okay". In fact, I retract my statement. It's too much for them to pay attention to and keep track of. So Hollywood simplified it and made it "user-friendly" for viewers.

P.s. some scenes look exactly the same as the first movie, just different colors, is it just me??

I think they ruined the Spider Man Film thing with the ending of the second one. What the hell did they think they were doing actually letting Spider Man get the girl!? It's all about his responsibility not to hurt her because he has too many enemies and crap like that.

Really, Venom as your refering to him probably wont make the movie, and if he does just at the end to serve as a teaser for Spiderman 4. The symbiote welll however be in the movie and will begin to explain the soon to be Venom.

Yeah unless they decide to make Harry the Green Goblin like in the comics but Hob Goblin would be better. Also can't forget Sandman...i hated the idea of using him at first but now that i think about it, he will be awesome in this movie.

Really? I did not know that, I thought hobgoblin was just some other rip off mad scientist.

And i can't few that trailer, but in the one I saw at superman returns, large amounts of CGI sand is visable basicly confirming Sandman.

Well it was in a different comic line. In the remake he becomes HobGoblin instead of greengoblin 2

Seems like a really twisted story and not a hoax trailer for once.
Pete's gotten in touch with the symbiot suit and it manages to get
a STRONG hold on him, as it becomes appearant from the footage
that pete's personality gets a serious split. (Hence his different hairdo
in various different shots - good pete we know and wild haired pete
afterwards...)
There's also a new blond chick which could be either gwen stacy or
black cat, which might lead to a new love complication for pete and
MJ.
Then it gets even more twisted with both a version of the green goblin
(no name has been tagged to it yet it seems) and the sand man...

So peter parker goes nuts, has to fight himself from the inside, and manage to hold back both the GG and the Sandman.
Oh and then there's the question about why peter's grabbing for a ring in
a fall from a building or somesuch... marriage?
One hell of a story if you ask me! Why not throw in the lizard for cryin' out loud?!
Still I'm pretty exited to see how they'll manage to pull this one off.

BTW the dude from that 70's show seems to be playin' Brock afterall...
