Greetings,
consider this a press release. My book, "The Fall of Mahkinoc" now has pre-release copies available at http://www.frankwacholtz.com . The official release date is ocober 31st, 2006.
eventually the sister site choaradar.com will contain a map, history of dragons, and quite likley a world timeline.
How doe this apply to Lun? Well he helped me with the map and plot. It's not quite as twisted or dark as "The Way" but you'll notice a few similar themes running through it.
so if you are bored and need something to read for a book report....
just thought I'd let you all know.

Then I remembered I'm sleep-deprived.

Then I realized "fuck...he is....FUCK, why didn't I make that connection before?"

I guess Flibbo's too busy talking in estrana to let me notice these things sooner...

I remember when I was only nine years old. My father thought it wise to provide my two brothers and I with a new basball bat. This was not a fork and was thus assumed safe for my use. How wrong he was. The plastic had not even been off the bat for an hour before I mercilessly clobbered my middle brother with a well placed strike between the eyes. I rushed my brother to screen door leading into the house and was about to help him in when my brother screamed, "No! I can't bleed on the carpet! Mom will kill me." Please keep in mind this is why I had been forbidden the use of forks in the first place. My Mom laid down some newpaper and rushed my bleeding brother through the house and into the car for a trip to the hospital. Tears welled up in my eyes because I thought I had killed him. (good thing I'm a lousy baseball player). My Father took my youngest brother and I to a restraunt and bought us icecream while my middle brother was stitched up. Once again a spoon was involved and I was spared further injury. I still tease my brother that he got a scar and I got icecream.

I bet lun tells girls he got that scar from taming lions or some other interesting risky job. Then tons of girls just sex him in a frenzied orgy. If I were a mob of girls, I would totally orgy with lun. If that even makes sense...
