I'd rather see him in Spider-man 5 or something (they're planning for 6 movies, and if they keep raking in the millions like this, they'll do it.)

Not to mention that in the end of the new one, Harry finds his dad's stash of Goblin Gear.
Also: They've said that they're doing Spider-man 3 for sure, but they don't know if they can get all the same actors together for a fourth, which may be a cause not to do as many as they'd like.
Carnage could kick Venom's ass any day, BTW.

The Hobgoblin is not related to the Green Goblin (I or II) except in name.
