I also choose the second option. Musashi has a good point, if you have a very good-looking gal, you will get more props for sure. A super-hawt fuck buddy most definitely has her merits, but the other choice you've offered is a less hawt, but still fairly hot in her own right, girl that apparently is into you enough to be your girlfriend, and who I assume you still get sex from anyway. What you should have offered is a more difficult choice between a super-hawt fuck buddy and a beautiful girlfriend who is waiting till marriage.

Yeah, beautiful girlfriend. Fuckbuddies always leave you feeling a bit empty afterwards anyway, ESPECIALLY when you wanna hang out with them on a specific day that they're busy. Cuz then it's like "Soooo I'm waiting on my not-girlfriend to have shallow sex with? Great."

Either option has the potential to become both options at the same time with the right approach. I'd have to go with the second though. When it comes down to it, you've got more to brag about if you have a hot girlfriend.
