dynastynet splits all the time and is unstable, its inconvinient, might as well step up a little bit.

You can't make your own IRC server. And if you did, it would just be a chat server. The makers wouldn't allow it to be used for anything else. That's my speculation at least.

Well, it'd be easy.

IRC - Internet Relay Chat

The message you put in is relayed to a server medium and run to your computer.

All you gotta do is get the software, and then your computer will be the medium for everyones messages to be relayed to.
