Doctor, when I drink too much Everclear, I get a funny feeling in my head. I lose my mental accuity, and my physical abilities diminish. I also get similar feelings from the ganja. Another similar feeling comes from the ingestion of certain fungi and LSD, though these are often accompanied by hallucinations.

What is the source of this problem? Should I be taking vitamin suppliments?

How can I end my woes? Will the music never stop?

Doctor, after finally gaining the courage to ask a girl out on a date, I got lucky and we decided to become boy and girl friend.
