How the devil can you be stuck, it's always straight forward, and if you can't beat an opponent you change his stats, simple as that.

But of course your problem is something like you don't know where to go, so tell us "where" your stuck

My suggestion if you are really desperate... (it's how I did it first time) take a step and wait for a creature a second or 2 to appear. if nothing comes take another. use thsi to find triggers and note monster's flight patterns. Lun will make sure you have to run backwards at least once. (He loves to do that. something about going back to go forward is one of his favorite themes. wink wink nudge nudge saynamo saynamo )

The hardest part is the final monster big where there's no telling where the monster's gonna swoop down a take a nice big chunk of your head off.

He can also change his course horizontally about 2-3 squares to intercept you if you don't move far enough left/right
