I see a lot of simlarities between Secret Window starring Johnny Depp and The Way, so I'm gonna say it is Rhue.

The phantom slasher might be sort of a combination of a few characters. Like it has the sprite of Rhue, the face of Gaius, and the sword style of Traziun (I think). So he might be a mix of the most powerful Lyns on the way. Well, kinda, Haven't though this much over much. Need sleep....

if u read the ranking thingum, u read that there is only one Phanalyn or something similiar, u no who i mean. my guess is that that is him and he is going around killing ppl for no reason to show how powerful he is. just a guess though, only on ep4. so i don't really care about spoliers.

the reason Rhan has freaky hair is because if he would have it flat people would see him looking like the PS

I picked a random charset, so my guess is Midian.

Now I'm going to make a case for it, because if you rearrange a bunch of the pixels, it almost looks like some kind of monkey.
