I know that I read a topic awhile back where some guy was trying to get the Way on his GBA... And I thought, "God damn, i'll never be whole if I don't get that."

And then I forgot about it.

Until three days ago when I was looking for GBA ROMs. On a certain ROM site I stumbled upon Flash Memory Cards for the GBA... I immediately realized that not only would I be able to play Anime on my GBA, play ROMs I downloaded that I couldn't get any where else, but I could put The Way, on my GBA. I ordered it that day... But it hasn't come in the mail yet.

But soon, very soon... Fifth Period Spanish will be boring no more.

Are you sure that's possible? Wouldn't you need some kind of RM2K emulator or something? How would you transfer the save files?

It has 1 GB worth of space. You can get this other program for it, which turns the GBA into an OS. Then, you put RM2k and They Way on it.

It doesn't specifically say RM2K can be put on it, but if you can put Windows Media Player on it, among other programs, RM2K should be pretty easy too.

Hmmmmmm. Looks like you'll have to write a plugin to support exe's, and somehow get installer support, not to mention directory work.

That doesn't say you can put WMP on the card, merely that there's some software that will play some of the formats WMP covers. Somebody would probably have to recode RM2K for the GBA in order to make it work.

Incidentally, I also liked this quote:

Yep. If I had lots of money and liked to play shitty rom dumps on a gameboy rather than a computer, I would get one too.

It's the fact that I dont have to use the computer to play the games which makes me want it. And also because I want to watch Naruto and One Piece on my GBA. Hm... I hope the subtitles are big enough >.>
