Dutch and Deutsche are so close to being the same language, that if the distance between their physical representations was based on how different they were, they'd still be close enough to procreate. Therefore....no...I would not reccommend you take characters too seriously, as some of them are a bit....
unique...
It doesn't matter if they say they're dutch. Lots of people lie constantly on the net because they get a small thrill from their deception, which was not detected since its all in words that show no tone at all when you wrote them unless you deliborately try to lie. Just look at Inderos. No just and loving god/father of Flibbo would ever allow such an asshole to be graced with fortune or intellect. But since he's got a keyboard and a ... ..... *cough*.....*snicker*very good reputation around here, people might believe him if he says he has the best model of mustang there ever was...I'm thinking 1944-ish.
It doesn't matter if you get on Ventrillo or Skype or Teamspeak and hear him talk in a dutch accent. Many of the northern European nations have some easily mocked or false accents and rules that, if you follow them to the right degree at the right times, can make one sound like they speak it as their primary language or something...I know German speech rules fairly well, so I can do a lot of stereotypical accents, like Austrian and German
Plus, there are really stupid people on WoW sometimes. In conclusion, learn to deal with those morons constantly. Want another example? Lets use another Blizzard game. Starcraft Battlenet: Nuff said.
Note: 1944 was a year that the US was in the 2nd world war, and the government converted commercial factories into war factories, so his "car" would be a shot-down plane that ford built as part of the conversion. Yay for american history.
