Been busy with papers. So progress is slow at the moment. PseudoFlare, uh what the heck are you talking about? Mod? This isn't a "Mod", It's a Fan made video game. I asked permission to make an online game a year ago. So basically I'm allowed to do this. It's not like I'm claiming These Ideas are mine. Making a completely different style of game as you are suggesting would actually be stealing ideas from Lun and making it my own. Whaa...shadow swords, what the hell does any of that have to do with a 2 player Plunge game? man you're from another planet. I AM NOT MAKING THIS AN MMORPG. Do I look like Sony Online Entertainment? The most I can do is probably a server where you can challenge other people to a plunge. That really wouldnt' even take up that much bandwidth, probably could use a home PC and broadband for that.

Some of you actually have good suggestions though. I'll see what can be done. But I have other priorities to complete first.

Indeed, but the weapon system would have to be chucked out, since there aren't enough shadow swords for everyone.

No they don't. There are only 7 known Shadow Swords and Illuminatis. Only they can properly use notches. Other swords only absorb a little, making it almost useless. As in everytime you absorb 10 heart stones, you get 1 hp.

I'm sure notch items complete uselessness to everyone is exactly why they seem to have such value among everyone. :roll:

Yes, but there was a person who said that only shadow swords can completely absorb notch items. Other swords just absorb a little. Obviously, I was exaggerating about the 1 hp from 10 heart stone thing.

That was auras, not notch items.

Wait, who cares? Either way, they are obviously still able to absorb enough to make them worth somthing.

Only incredibly slightly, so that it doesn't effect people as bad as shadow swords im guessing...

Not necessarily, Jopaga said that the only known thing that can completly absorb an aura is a shadow sword. It sounds completly possible to make a sword that could do it, but no reason to believe its common. Absorbing auras isn't somthing just restricted to swords.
