Lys said at the end of November(today) he would get back to ABL and work very hard on it and not get distracted with other projects anymore and finish it as soon as possible. Though for him that probably means next May.

Hm... I don't recall waiting a year as in single form. I've been waiting yearS for A Line's End. I'm doubting I'll see it before I die... and I just turned 16... so there's the pinacle for pessimism.

I found the exact quote:

The short answer is that ABL isn't cancelled (and won't be).

The longer answer is that I definitely have a tendency to get sidetracked with other projects; after all, LINE NARROWS was delayed by BOOK OF THREE and the original unreleased version of HIS RELUCTANT MAJESTY, and LINE'S END has been delayed by THE BLUE CONTESTANT, THE FROZEN WORLD, my AGOTY entry (which itself has been delayed), an introduction to my currently stalled THE DREAMING KEY, and now my ANYWHERE entry.

But I've done some analysis and determined that once I finish my ANYWHERE entry, there's no good reason I can't finish LINE'S END.

So after the end of November, it's back to ABL for good. Really. ^_^

Where did you get that from? I doubt line's end will ever be released.. I really loved the story, was the 2nd best ive read (way is number one
