I use Fire Edge and Air Edge about equally, for their different abilities and difference in power and XL.
They become pretty useless in E5, though, where Illuminati kills all.

For me I always got the next set of new swords right after I leveled the old one to the max levle, or right before i leveled the old ones up, so I pretty much leveled them all equally.
And the Lord said unto John, "Come forth and receive eternal life." But John came fifth and won a toaster.
