I'm sure we'll all remember that from now on.

A time and a place is hands down the best song in the soundtrack. I would like to get the sheet music for it so I could play it on my piano, but I'm just too damn lazy to figgure it out. hahha

Erm, the song is a MIDI. There is sheet music contained inside the MIDI. Use a program like MidiIllustrator to open it.

Just take this one from me, after I made it in Band Brothers: A Time and a Place is NOT possible to be played solely on a piano. You'll notice it more once you open up the song, but it should be evident just listening to it: The song is based around a single tune which repeats a heap of times. The piano plays that, and if that's all you can play, it's going to be incredibly boring and not sound anything like the song. The point is that more instruments are gradually added to the tune and grow on it, and later on the violin or cello or whatever it was, along with the harp, play a new part of the song. Then that stops and it goes back to the piano playing the base tune. One instrument alone can't play the song.

The Lagoon hands down is my favorite piece. All the rest are brilliant too, but I just love The Lagoon, it sounds so haunting and so adventurous at the same time.

You can play A Time and Place on piano, you just can't play it up to midi quality. There's no way you could keep playing the main melody over and over without three hands, but with a little arranging you can make it sound good enough to be a piano piece.

For those who care, what I do is this: with the left hand, I play the basic chord progression (Am, F, C, G). I don't do any of the fancy stuff with the left hand because I'm lazy and don't feel like practicing it up. When the accoustic bass comes in, I play the chords in a rhythm that matches the bass line. Sometimes I do octaves instead of chords because that way I can get in that G-A-G that the accoustic bass does at the end of each progression. Actually, octaves are just a lot easier than chords for everything, and they sound purer (not sure if that's better, though).

With the right hand, I play the main melody 2 or 4 times, then I play the A-G-C-B-A-G-E part once or twice, and then the C-B-C-B-G part once or twice, and then back to the main melody. The main melody sounds fine, but the other two parts might need a few notes added. After you finish that, I just go back through it again, changing tempo, volume, rhythm and/or the improvisations. It's not that hard to make up a few random melody lines to go with it either.

If you play it really soft and slow, it can have some serious emotional effects. And if you want, you can try a jazz rhythm, although I think that actually takes away from it, but it's fun to do. So yeah, it's a simple little arrangement of it, but it still sounds really nice.

Wow, Jabbo, that's pretty impressive. >_< In the actual song, though, the main part would obviously play a lot more times.

Definitely the Genocide Heart and the Saga Frontier boss battle midis.

I'm bothered that I can't remember which game the going to sleep music is stolen from...

What are all the stolen tracks from? I recognize most of them...

Sacrifa=Olrox's Quarters, Castlevania:SOTN

WayTheCity=FF7, used in a bunch of places.

There are the obvious Saga frontier tracks, the normal boss battle music, and Genocide heart, T-260G's final boss.

B+HappyParade=not sure, but I'm almost positive it's from one of the Tales games. I think it's battle end music for ToD.

B+IntoTheBreach=Vampire Killer, pretty much the castlevania theme.

A-Brave=Brave Fender Musashi, it's been mentioned I believe.

were there any others?
