Looks like i was wrong. Jed IS Lyrra's father, so whoever said so (I think it was Impossible), is right. I was wrong.

Because his death was years ago, if she was going to get upset by it, she must have gotten upset when it happend not now when she finds out her dad is dead.

Quite. However, I would suggest that Lyrra is, up until her demise, still in a sense very upset about Jeruh's death (presumably at tha massacre). The memory of that event is what drives her to take refuge in fantasies.

it obvious! using lyrras stories, lun juz' pickin' on some standart rpg! all those rhuke/lyrra storie and "maby some herbs in local cave, that coud save this brave hero...blablabla". i feel kinda stupid

, reading all those shit in Way and in other games (especially console game), where it's ... a normal things, right?

Yeah, but if you seriously think all the game is is Rhue looking for Serena you really need to play through it again. It may start out like that it gets far away from a cliched story line.
