To anyone who played the first episode. Near the end you see the Phantom Slasher approaching Rhue as he is sleeping, This might mean either two things.

1. Gaius is lying about Rhue as the phantom slasher, infact he is the Real Phantom Slasher.

2. Rhue IS the Phantom Slasher, and it appears everytime Rhue sleeps.
But knowing this might make things a bit more difficult. He has got no body to use afterall.

3. Both Gaius and Rhue are Phantom Slasher(s), they just seem to watch each others' backs subconciously. Maybe Rhue lost his memory but still retains his dark side(Phantom Slasher) without him knowing it. Afterall they have almost the same figure. This might also explain what Gaius' said at Estrana about the man they killed(if he was talking about Rhue).





Now these might have been mentioned before but hey, I just came to the forums recently.

You do see the Phantom Slasher when Rhue is awake....but only once.

It must of been a hullucination... See Rhue is awfully fond of the mushrooms found on the way

I don't think there is anybody at all who believes Rhue is the PS anymore...

It's really quite ridiculous.

I still think Rhue is the Phantom Slasher. It's not ridiculous at all.

I thought it was twice? (In the beginning, and when you emerge from the pits and meet up with Traziun... I think)

I meant it was ridiculous that as soon as we're openly told who the PS is, we refuse to believe it. And there were even people who said it was Rhue before.

Personally, I think these people are bored and they're like, in order to do something for another half a year, we'll make up our own theories about who the phantom slasher is. That's how life is

Hey I don't disappoint, but I still believe he is the slasher... I just keep an open mind about all the posibilities. Rhue could be the slasher because whenever he sees him he is coming out of a haze... that in which he is remembering what he did while he was asleep... backing up the fight club theory.

Gaius on the other hand is a born murd- ahem I mean tool of justice so he can also fit the description well. But, I think Rhue fits more into the job of the infamous PS.

Actually, Gaius says about the man they killed at Lide, not Estrana....
And maybe we should stop tfring to figure out who the PS is. Lun will let us know when the time has come.

Actually I believe (and am most sure) that Gaius is the Phantom Slasher. Here's my evidence to back it up:

1) The faceset of Gaius is exactly the same as the Phantoms Slasher's (the hair is exactly the same, nowhere close to Rhue's).
2) The charsets look alike.
3) Gaius wants Rhue to give him the Shadow Sword. Why does he want it? So he can withhold the power of the Shadow Sword to cleanse the Way. (That's what I think)

Maybe Rhue doesn't have a Shadow Sword. He may have one of the Iluminatti.... Because Gaius, if he actually is the PS, cannot cleanse the Way with an evil sword........ So that's why he wants Rhue's sword and he is trying to deceive Rhue.

if Rhue had a shadow sword then why would it posess him to destroy another shadow sword.....don't you think it would have made him try to get the sword?

I shall address all past posts of this thread in a single post. Here it goes (Do not take any offense towards yourself if I make a sarcastic remark. I'm just talking. Don't start any arguments over comments of mine.) :

Alright. I counted three. You said "It might mean either two things"..and yet...hmm...

----End of EP 1/Beginning of EP 2-----Rhue wakes up, and the PS walks away.
----EP 3-----Slade and Rhue walk away from the prison shed, and the PS is watching them.
----EP 1-----Traziun and Rhue walk into the cave, where they later meet Gaius, and the PS is on the hill watching them.
----EP ?(maybe 2)-----In the inn, Rhue wakes up and the PS has been watching him sleep.
----EP 1-----Rhue leaves the camp, and then the PS comes in and slays the campers.
----EP 1-----During the intro, the camera pans to show the PS as Rhue walks away

See? Don't worry, you're not dumb Excell. Some people don't even remember a single time when the PS and Rhue see one another. It's just crazy.

Impossible doesn't think Rhue=PS, HumanBean17 does. Hmmm..the endless debate...

GreatChickenman...your theory is amazingly possible. I mean, it's not like we stick with Rhue 24/7, so we can't really know what his strange obsessions are.

Fallen_Spades...The reason the PS had it's sword drawn was perhaps to kill anyone who might pop out of the tent suddenly. We don't know for sure.

Hmm..Even Exiled thinks Rhue=PS. Dang. I DID think so, but now I think it is some kind of corrupted aura (or Gaius, either way).

Large is a fast learner. Lun shall eventually reveal all, and I'm sure that when he does, we will all be shocked.

I think Gaius has a Shadow Sword and Rhue has an Illuminati. Perhaps the two combined will be the ultimate weapon that will destroy the entire Way. Perhaps that is Gaius evil scheme of all schemes.

Exactly Silent_Empath. I totally agree. For example, a negatively charged atom will not destroy another negatively charged atom. Oh no. The negatively charged will do everything in it's power to destroy the positively charged ones, and vice versa. Combined with the fact that neutrons are the basis of the nucleus....etc....


That's all I have to say about that.
