Artist: Smashing Pumpkins Lyrics
Song: Crestfallen

"Who am I to need you when I'm down?
Where are you when I need you around?
Your life is not your own

And all I ask you
Is for another chance

Another way around you
To live by circumstance, once again

Who am I to need you now?
To ask you why, to tell you no
To deserve your love and sympathy
You were never meant to belong to me

And you may go, but I know you won't leave
Too many years built into memories
Your life is not your own

Who am I to need you now?
To ask you why, to tell you no
To deserve your love and sympathy
You were never meant to belong to me

Who am I to you?
Along the way
I lost my faith

And as you were, you'll be again
To mold like clay, to break like dirt
To tear me up in your sympathy
You were never meant to belong to me
You were never meant to belong to me
You were never meant to belong to me

Who am I? "

 Dunno what you guys think about this one, or if it has been discussed before, but I think there are certain similarities between the story of the way and these lyrics... even the name of the song and Lun's "development studio" has the same name.
I underlined a few things that struck me when I read it...
Feel free to trash this topic...

By a vrief glance it fits to rhue's scenario, his life might ot be his own, serena was never meant for him. He's spent years forgetting his memories and only recently he has begun remembering them and now wonders who he is.

Wow, that's pretty eerie, especially with the title!

You do know what the word Crestfallen means right? Feeling shame or humiliation: Dejected.

Not yet... Kazaa screwed me twice by giving me a hoax...
I'm still looking for a decent version though. If I find one I'll host it someplace and give the link here... Might be fun. 8)

Kazaa? What the hell? People still use that? I'll try digging it up right away. I'll host it somewhere too if I find it.

EDIT: After 3 seconds of looking I found it. Downloading it now.

Busted!! I better not post it here then :P

I can't up it today, but I will tomorrow. I haven't even had the chance to listen to it yet as my sound is broken. But rest assured I have it :)

I found this poem. Sound familiar?

How Do I Love Thee?

by Elizabeth B. Browning

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of being and ideal Grace.
I love thee to the level of every day's
Most quiet need, by the sun and candlelight,
I love thee freely, as men strive for Right;
I love thee purely, as they turn from Praise.
I love thee with the passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood's faith.
I love thee with a love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints, I love thee with the breadth,
Smiles, tears, of all my life!--and, if God choose,
I shall but love thee better after death.

Am I the first person to realize this, or the last?

Alan's was a little more... sexual.
