Scatha and Serena sisters?

Alright. I am going to propose a theory I have been considering for a while...(Okay, a DAY or 2, so shoot me).

When Scatha said she had knew Serena I just couldn't see a Scatha palling around with Serena. It just didn't fit. So, like he always does, Lun makes me think. I come up with nothing.

Then I am forced to look into Scatha's past (the tents) and I see a little shadow. It is in the shape of Serena (Okay, ALL the little girls have the same outline, don't ruin my mood.)

Now, I can certainly see 2 sisters not much like each other together. And when the shadow mother says "the little one is dead" I can only assume that she thought that Serena was dead when she hadn't come back home (she certainly wouldn't know about Serena falling into a river...*gasp* or DID she?!)

Feel free to comment. You can say "that it makes sense, you rock", or you can say "you suck, go home." Just reply.

I've always assumed that Scatha never really knew Serena, but was just saying she did in order to trap Cetsa. But, your theory does make sense too I suppose. Also, the mother says something along the lines of 'It never would have happened if she had done what she was told.' This could be referring to the 'secret place' they go to to play.

That's what I always figured, with the theory having only one big showstopper: it's too damn obvious.

Although Scatha does know Rhue from somewhere (if Serena was her sister, it follows she would know who Rhue was).

Scatha (E3) wrote:Ssso he'sss ssstill alive after all thisss time. Isss it really him? Something isss different about him besssidesss hisss name... Rhue... Hmmm...
Gaius (E2) wrote:But still, why does his name strike me as odd? Wasn't that the name of...

Serena is the little girl

Scatha is the older girl

Slade is the boy

easy as that. Or maybe the little girl isn't even Serena and just a red herring or a different character.

*sigh* Such an old theory... Personally, I'm not a fan of it.

I'll let it slide, MiDiMaN, because I like you so far. Except you can't spell Traziun. >_>

Woops, damn. I knew something was wrong with his name when I spelled it. (stupid, stupid...do not seek to anger Impossible, fool! As it will send horrible Flames at you!)

Oh, well. Never knew it was an old theory. I thought it was pretty good. But, eh. We shall see what comes.

Yeah, its a very old theory, but its ok since you're new.

Heh, it seems like everyone knows me. Maybe it's the potent combination of the big "The Newest Registered User is 'MiDiMaN'" plastered on the home page + me posting quite a bit for the short time I've been here. I just thought myself that that theory was quite possible - maybe it is, maybe it isn't.

Hopefully I can get my lazy ass working and find threads to make sure I don't slip up like this again (If this can be considered a slip up - up to the general public to decide.) But, yeah, I hope to post perhaps NEW theories...

Damnit, I sound like some freaking student introducing himself to class. Woah, that's a creepy metaphor if you think about it...

Oh, and hope to spell Traziun right

Remember when Rhue has these visions, the woman says

MOTHER: The little one is dead.\| This
would never have happened if she had been
obedient.

Serena, in Rhue's memories (the parts that you don't have a choice in) seemed like generally a happy, care-free person. Maybe it's just me, but it doesn't really seem like her mother would be like this one. But then, she might not exist :?

Wasn't there another theory where Kloe or Cetsa was the little girl? I personally have no opinions on this matter because all the female characters in the way confuses me. Scatha might have known Serena, Kloe seems to know Cetsa; Cetsa doesn't know Serena, but she knows Scatha and doesn't like her, Scatha knows Cetsa, but I'm not sure if she knows Kloe. Scatha might be either Serena, Kloe, Cetsa, or some other character's sister. @_@

Get over yourself :)

This theory has been retold a bit, and there is no hard proof as to Serena being anyone, or that Serena is the litle sister of Scatha and Slade. All we can do is hope the answer is in E6.

I think what we found out was that Cetsa and Kloe were fighting over the pendant that they found and Cetsa pushed Kloe into the water, where she got saved by Gaius (I think) and taken to the matalan battlegrounds, or whichever blood lyn place he took her to.

Yeah, I think there's a fine line between "old theory which a newbie wouldn't know has been posted before (unless they searched for it...)" and "old theory which it would take an absolute moron to think is new, particularly E4 and earlier".

Actually, she was saved by Traziun.

I would be flattered Midiman, when I posted my first cluster of thoughts under the topic crap theory, he didn't. I've liked this theory ever since I saw it on theory listings [ I think it was there.. ] The thing I wonder about the most is this - what was Rhue's previous name and why do various people remember him well? [Head Hunter, Gaius, Scatha]
