RHue and auras, breakdown time

I'm not the best one at formulating theories, so I'll leave it to the rest of you.
There is obviously something with Rhue and auras, his sword originally contained the piercer and slasher aura, traziun taught Rhue how to use it (or it was awakened by the blod shed from rosmars face) When he killed Jed, and thus got jeds blood on his sword, he aquired the Air and Fire edge auras.
Later on after the plunge with slade he received the four trancendent auras.
His patterns has been gained from chests and more importantly, from the guy in jopagas lab. And also along wiht the trancendent sword auras he gained the elemental auras.
Somethings fishy, but what?

Here's something probably of no interest whatsoever:
I first thought that the Phantom Slasher gave Rhue the transendant auras, rather then defeating Slade.

Roara: The PS gave Rhue back his sword, which had absorbed auras from Slade when it "fused" with him.

thats the likely scenario
which brings me to think that it's rhues sword that's responsible for the aura shit.
Think about it, cept for the chest auras, the others ahve been triggered by blood on rhues sword...

I think it's probably Rhue's sword, but one potential complication:
Other people have auras too, otherwise how would Traziun be able to explain them? This could just be the basic nature of all swords, and most wanderers only have basic weapon auras (Piercing, Ripping, etc. etc.) but... *shrugs*

It's gotta be the sword. It's so damn obvious. Look at what happens right before you gain the new auras.
Slasher: Sliced Rosmar (With swod)
Elementals: Killed Jed (with sword)
Transendental: inflicted a wound that should've killed Slade (with sword)
And then there's the defensive aura that you get from Cade in Jopaga's Lab. It went into Rhue's sword, remember?
These wanderers probably had really strong auras, which is why you absorb their auras and not the auras of Blood Lyn and others.

Or perhaps Rhue was the Phantom Slasher, but lost his memory, causing that part of him to seperate.
And it's slowly trying to remind Rhue of that part of him, so that it can be apart of Rhue once again.
And as Rhue goes more and more insane, he slowly regains the powers that he's lost.
Perhaps his sword isn't special in the least, and Rhue just subconcsiously thinks it is, to become obsessed with it, thus making him more insane over it!

It's gotta be special, I'm sorry. It acts REALLY weird at certain points. Plus, it has 8 different auras (which is extremely rare for a sword, I gather). Plus, it has an Illuminati and Shadow aura. I sense abnormalness. (Yes, I know abnormalness is probably not a word)

If it has 'ness' on the end, it's a word. There is nothing that can't have ness on the end of it.

1) It's abnormality.
2) Bikkelness! Okay, we have to save that for special occasions though. I'm not going to run into War or Inderos and say they're full of Bikkelness, I'd probably never be able to live with myself afterwards. That's a horrible thing to do. No, I think we all know the one time Bikkelness can be used without being EXTREMELY offensive...

This has probably been mentioned before, but remember the Shadow-Sword-is-evil theory? Shadow swords are suppose to make the owners powerful but corrupt them at the same time, right? So if they can absorb people's auras through their blood, it would suport that theory about them being evil as the weilder of the sword would be tempted to kill everyone on the way to gain power.
Maybe I'm being stupid with this obvious statement, but I myself has never seen the connection before Telephasion said
thus got jeds blood on his sword

Well that's a good thought there lireka.
But the question I'm asking if what Rhue's sword actually is. If it is shadow or illuminati. Personally I think it's either both or neither, I base that on his sword "charging up" when faced with shadow swords (Lide), thus making it sort of "good". And all the soul draining things that make it sort of "evil".

Maybe it's not a Shadow Sword or an Illuminati, but a totally different sword of equal power, or some sort of combination of the two.

Maybe it's not even a sword at all, but really just a pointed stick. A really powerful pointed stick. Made by Dippy!
Anyway, back to the realm of possibility.... Perhaps it was created to destroy the Shadow Swords and the Illuminati.
Or perhaps it's the sword equivilance of a fallen angel, and is an Illuminati gone bad.
Or maybe it supports my hypothesis in which the mark of a pharaphalyn is a being who can absorb auras.
If Rhue is capable of absorbing auras, then what stops him from using these auras to make him, and his sword, more powerful?
(PS: Does anyone know what increases Rhue's rank as a lyn? I know the rank is stored in a variable. Furthermore, Lun even added the possibility for Rhue to be ranked a pharaphalyn, which I hope I didn't spell incorrectly.)

Traziun absorbed his father's aura, I think, so that can't be the Pharaphlyn sign.
Maybe it IS a shadow sword, and the only reason it has an Illuminati aura is because of something to do with Slade's powerful aura/his desire for "right" justice. We've never seen two shadow swords by each other before, so we don't know for sure if they can stand to be around each other.
Edit - or maybe swords take on the personality of their wielders. Rhue is chaotic, he goes from a man who'd murder his way out of a sponge to get to Serena, to someone who mourns the loss of Lexus. So then the sword would be both good and evil, in a sense?
