Where are the Forerunners?

Something just hit me, if at the end of episode 5 Rhue reaches the point that was once the end of the way weren't we supposed to see at least 1 forerunner? I know they are far more ahead of regular people upon the way but it doesn't seem like that there is much more room for them to be ahead of Rhue, Gaius, and Traziun.

Forerunners are a myth, Just sompthing to calm the wanderers thinking that somebody is out there watching out for people. Just like the rolling mists, just a guided ploy to keep people from setteling

If the forerunners are a myth, then who is responsible (besides Lun, of course :P ) for all of the bridges, wayposts, etc. that the forerunners supposedly placed?

To know that might unlock The Way itself.

I think,That there is no forerunners, mists, none of that.I have a very probable theory that the wayposts and such were made by giant picnic ants!

Dirk SPECIFICALLY said that Forerunners were a myth in E5.

WAIT!!

If Rhue is going slowly from smaller settlements to larger ones like Estrana, and eventually all the way back to the Landorin Stretch... doesn't that mean he's going in the opposite direction the Way is moving!?

It takes time to build up a settlement, so that means someplace like Estrana is near the back of the way. And the Landorin stretch is said to have been there for as long as Rhue has been around...

So... I think the question I should be asking is, how fast do the mists move that reveal the front of the way and cover up the back of the way?

I don't think we can answer that until we know if the rolling mists are even real.

DIRK: Heh,\.\. who would have thought
a Forerunner like me would have needed
saving!

You told me Forerunnersss were
a myth when we firssst met.

DIRK: They are a myth!\.\. But I'm
the closest thing to a Forerunner there
will ever be,\.\. heh!

DIRK: That is,\.\. since Eyashu
was killed...

Yesss,\.\. Tetsssel murdered him.\.\.\.
But why?

So there were Forerunners, according to Dirk, before Tetzel killed this 'Eyashu' character.

No it was the hippies, they were all like yo, we cant get across here! then they built briges. Then they wanted a place to smoke thier hippy grass, so they built the tower thingies(instert correct word here).......but then all the smoke rose from them and people thought it was from demons, and so they feared them
