ok well I am a newbie here and most of you don't know who I am so I am opening this topic to discuss important facts of every episode from the Way as a way of contributing on my part. This is pretty easy for me cause i'm replaying the entire series but I may miss some things so please feel free to add things along the way.

The Way Episode 1

-Phantom Slasher kills the first 3 people Rhue comes into contact with. One girl deeply believes in the Purpose.
-HeadHunter (or the ninja guy whichever u prefer) from the bridge is looking for a guy named Jeruh.
-Gaius mentions he is from Xor and the name strikes Traziun.
-After coming upon lyrra's fist Gaius secretly slips away

I know this is just a start but I will add stuff as I finish going through the episodes and i hope everyone will also contribute.

...not to mention Strata makes his famous entrance resulting in Rhue and the majority of people on the forum hating him...
...and the start of Rhue story (you know the funy-ass one which Lyrra interupts and destroys) with the fighting between Rhuke and his mom and the inevitable battle (which Lyrra stopped)..... possibly a reflection on Rhue's past?
....I'm just tossing random shit to the wind here.....

I really only disliked Strata at that point, actually... I HATED him in E3 when he shoved Rhue into the pits.

Feh, I was mad at him when he did that, but all was forgiven when I found the Mend and Nova Stones... *huggles treasure* You'll never leave me... I'll make DAMN sure of that...

nova stones are like sex.

You've missed that Slade thought that Strata was familiar but couldn't place him, i always thought that might become important later.

Some people have suspected that he, much like Rhue, confused Strata and Kygar... You never know, though. The problem is that Slade is in no condition to tell us anything interesting about that.

Strata is though and we have no confirmation of Slades death.

Slade is probably pretty much gone though, he's already been on the brink of death once and he's no Daniel Jackson.

"Rhue: (Dead.)" isn't confirmation enough?

That makes sense to me. it's obvious that Slade has been pursuing Cesta for a while once you get to when you finally catch Cesta which means that he was probably searching for her even in ep1... and it did seem like Kygar had been Cestas righthand man for a while so I think the above theory is definatly right... but no longer important now that Slade and Kyger are dead.

.....and anyone who debates wehether Slade is dead or not is an idiot.... he's dead..... Cesta is the one I'm worrying about.... I hope either she dies or she lives and spends her time chasing after Rhue(tables turned) who she thinks she might be in love with and knows he can protect her if she manipultaes him a bit more now that Scatha and Dirk seem to have vanished..... yeah wtf where Scatha and Dirk doing in those final few scenes?

Somehow this is the best thing I've heard all week.

But yeah, unless the shadow sword uses it's vague powers to revive him, Slade is very dead. It might be worth mentioning that apparently the headhunter on the bridge was originally looking for Gauis

The thing that's been bugging me all along is Gaius himself.

Anyone else think he put himself in vulnerable positions twice to kill passing people who came ot help or rob him?

Like in the cave he says his leg is wounded, but he seems just fine to me.

Then he apparently falls froma bridge,a nd gets right up and walks around with you???

it wasn't that high off the ground really and i've always thought that he was probably the one who cut that bridge down to cover his own tracks for killing those wanderers for whatever reason. Thats just my thoughts though, i have no real evidance to support it.

Somehow this is the best thing I've heard all week.

True though, its not an episode of Stargate without a good near death experiance for Daniel.

If you're lucky you'll find it four times?

Well, it's not like Rhue's ever had sex, so any number is an improvement.
