It's tedious doing it over and over, but it's far from the most difficult action game you might play. I have about the slowest reactions of any human on Earth, but I managed to beat it It took me about three hours, and there were many maddening near misses, like the time I killed 29 of the first 32 blue scarves and missed all the rest.
I suggest that you play it a few times, very slowly and deliberately, not trying to win. Rather, just work out exactly when and where you should shoot to hit the advancing scarves. That knowledge should be a big help in the long run.

keep reminding urself not to repeatedly press the action button cause sometimes its you don't realize it but you will be doing it.

I'm sure you could edit some variables to help things out, like maybe making each kill increment the counter by 2 or something. Like with the ninja attack mini-game, I changed it so each ninja attack did zero damage. Though I can't really make head nor tail of the cannon stuff.
If wanna do it legitimately, I always try and keep the cannon near the middle of the screen. Of course, I've never succeded, so make of that what you will.

so there is no real way of actually doing it just keep doing it till you do it or tweak it in some way (cheating! i hate cheating) well if someone kknows how to tweak it i might do it the most i have gotten so far is 21 and that was after an hour of playing it so i gave up for the night. But i was very close to getting someof them but like they stoped before getting to the spot or they just didn't register the hit for some reason ( that really irratated me)oh well i just try this again and agin till someone kknow s how to tweak it ( i still hate cheating it is just i wantevery stinking notch item)

This game reminds me of one in Final Fantasy 10. The choccobo race. And it is exactly the same, just keep goin until you beat it, and at odd time make up a huge long curse

grrrrr... I just gave up on that particular game!
I spent about 2 hours doing it and the best score I got was 19 and that was on my first try!!!
... one of the 2 only places I missed out on an item (well you miss 2 items here dont you. fucking bitch of a thing)
... and I think the comparison with the chocobo race in ff10 is good because I spent hours doing that and repeatedly got the same score and the one time (for no apparent reason) I escaped all the birds, axed heaps of balloons and whooped the rider and got under 0.00s... for no resaon at all.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH IT IS OFFICIAL AT 97 I KILLED 31 BLUE SCARVES. Ok now what is the highest you have bothered to get. oh yeah my strategy was to be in as much control as possible with out goin to fast where ill start hitting enter a bunch of times and getting as much people as possible and also everyonce in awhile aiming for the gate enterance.
