The meaning of Serena, no more discussion please.

Alright here we go, I thought most of you would have figured it out by ep 3.

Serena is a symbol of Rhue's heterosexual awareness. If you notice about the same time Serena is lost Rhue recieves his sword. If you had read my other post then you would know Rhue's sword is just a representation of his sexual awareness via his phallus. But anyway, Rhue begins on his quest to recover Serena after he discovers his sexuality.

I used Serena to symbolize Rhue's ideal heterosexuality. Throughout the game Rhue is questing for it with intense unwavering resolve. Where does he find his first hint of her? Why Cetsa of course, a beautiful woman any heterosexual man could be proud of. I meant to imply that in Cetsa Rhue could find the heterosexual identity and redemption he needed. However Rhue was blinded by idealism and romanticism.

You clever folks might notice that that's a little comment on the state of "romance" and "sexuality" in our culture. When men cease seeking what is real and tangible "The Pendant" they forfit their real masculine sexuality in favor of a romanticized feminine version. This is Rhue's fatal mistake as you will find in Ep 7. It may eventually lead to his fall to the hands of the homosexual "Gaius" as early as ep 6.

Keep tuned to "The Way" I've got plenty more suprises for yah.

Cocoa O. Muerto,
It is the only way.

I always knew Gaius was gay...

v.v
The land beneath the sky,
Echoes of the past decry.
A lost love carried on,
Words to a lonely song.
Everyone must bleed,
Rhue gets the sex he needs

Hmm, you make the way sound all like some edit of a bad budget porno-flick

Hmm... quite a bit of underlying connotation and symbolism in this game. I picked up on some of it, but I had to wonder if it was just pure coincidence. Now I understand clearly... thanks for clearing things up Cocoa. :D
