I think it would be awesome if some people who had the talent and followthrough would attempt to make an addition to the series of their own. Of course only if Lun doesn't want to do it and agrees it's a good idea...

We don't even know a quarter of the mysteries of the Way. How could someone, without any proof, detemine that Rhue is Venge? An another story based on a another part of the Way, sure. But the central characters?
But Lun agrees that someone should do it? Maybe someone like Sage.

Uh... I actually think this is a bad idea, since we don't know nearly enough about the series to get all of the facts right. However, I wouldn't mind a fan-made game in the same universe.

I've been creating a series of RPG games since the year dot.
They are more comedy than anything else, nothing compared to the way.

There is nobody except Lun who could make an episode 7 in my opinion. Unfortunately, he is not planning on it any time soon

Well, I dunno of making another the way episode in RPGmaker, but I keep thinking that someone should make either a The Way Warcraft map or a The Way neverwinter nights map. That'd rock to play online.

I really don't think anyone should make something like that without express permission from Lun, and probably not even then. I wouldn't mind seeing a joke Episode 7, hell i'd even help make that as long as lun approoves of the project. But i think a continuation of the story would be a dumb idea.
As for a Neverwinter/Warcraft map, that'd be pretty cool as long as its only set in the way universe and doesn't affect plot or anything. I'm getting Neverwinter for the first time in the next week or two (just about all my crappy ass pc can handle).

I emailed Lun about a fanmade project I was making, sent him a summary of the first part and he said this:

I read you the script. It's not something I would officially approve, but I
doubt I would OFFICIALLY approve of any fan game based on The Way. The Way
universe is just too complex for mosts fans to create something that stays true
to the information presented original series. Being that I am stressed for
time, I can't really offer to edit your story. It's a fan game. As long as
you make that clear in the intro I have no problem with it.
