I believe the 'Way' is just life in general. Its the happiness, anger, sadness, and complete sorrow of life. respond and tell me what you think.

Almost anything can be considered as life in general.

As you know you can also anything be made into a comparison to something else.

_____ is like riding a bicycle, once you try you never forget.
^^ can be many things including killing, baking, drinking, breathing and many more :)

It would be nice if you elaborated on this a little bit.

WHY do you think The Way stands for life in general?

What I mean is, In the way the diffrent paths the wanderers take is like the diffrent paths and choices of life. If you understand my way of thinking at all, you should know about these choices of life. It just the Causes and Effects of Life if you understand... I'm not sure of any other way to explain it... If you choose something in life something happens... and because that something happens something else happens... and all of what happens you have to live with the rest of your life... Its like Rhue every thing that happens to him really screws him up more and more....
I just think what the idea of 'The Way' is 'Life' is. Its just how I see it...

I think I understand the logic in all of this.

But nearly every rpg has elements of real life in them, especially rpg's with multiple endings, those rpg's really take choices seriously.

Star wars is an average example of this:

usually in the end of the star wars games you get to choose between light and dark. Example:

Jedi academy: you must choose wether you kill or spare a guys life.
Killing = dark side
sparing = light side.
But then someone comes and asks you what path you would like to follow.
dark = you have to fight him.
light = he helps you kick the final boss's ass.

BUt yes many elements of the way can be related to choices IRL
