Episode 5 problem. Please help!

I'm at the part when you get to Tetzel's room and find Gaius. When he goes to the chair and pushes a switch or something my game freezes. Please help, I really want to see what happens next!

Yeh, thats all i can recomend, either redownload it or look at that map and see if theres something wrong at that bit
