How the hell does a game called "Dooms 4" beat The Way in anything?

... I thought The Way 6 was a lot darker than Dooms 4. It's one of the darkest stories I've ever come across.

Dammit, we suck. We didn't even vote this year?
The Way should have won Best Atmosphere, but it apparently wasn't even nominated. We REALLY suck. And look how close it was for Best Cutscene, we EASILY would have gotten that. WTF at Kinetic Cipher winning repeatedly. Yeah, it's good and all, but should it really be the ONLY option for one of them? And the winner of half the others?
I like that there's an award named after Etrian Odyssey. I'm playing that at the moment, it kicks ass.
Wait, how the hell did The Way get 9 votes for WORST GAME? God, we should have been there.
