So I've tried to navigate the forum to find an answer, but there are spoilers galore which I'm trying to avoid.

I'm at the end of episode 4 and I'm wondering about the relationship points you get. What does having a high score affect? The FAQ says just to get as many points as you can with everyone, but if the game has something special with whoever ends up with the most points like a special ending then I wouldn't want to max all the girls if I wanted a certain ending correct?

If someone could give me a spoiler free answer, or just confirm that getting max points is the way to go, that would be much appreciated. :D

Off the top of my head, only three of the characters relationship points end up mattering, one lets you get another character in episode 6, one changes some dialouge in one of the endings, and one gets you another character and episode 6 and unlocks one of the endings.

I could be a lot more detailed and tell you what you need to do, but you wanted no spoilers.

Thanks for the response. I just finished episode 5 so I know what you mean about not many of them mattering. I'm sure I'll understand what they affected when I finish.

I must say, this story is incredible for an RPG. Really good stuff. A few understandable cliches but for the most part incredibly original and no sugarcoating. The characters are believable and flawed.

Doesn't really start picking up until episode 4, but from then on its amazing. I should be going to bed, but I'm going ahead and starting Episode six.

Some advice, keep your save from the end of EP5 so when you find out you can no longer get one of the endings it doesn't take as long to try again. Also, EP6 kinda blows if you just rush through it, unlike the other episodes is very nonlinear and over half its content is in sidequest. So take yout time, and visit the House of Pnoe, almost every person in the building represents some sidequest you can currently do.
