Grrrrr....for some reason I cannot find the girl in the destroyed town after you find Dirk....I have been all over everywhere numerous times...what am I missing???? Can someone help me? thanks*S*

You're in episode 5 and you don't know anyone's name? No help for you.
...Meh, fine, you need to go inside a burning building. I think it's left-ish of where you found Dirk.

Sounds like you want to find Kloe.
Here is a map that might help.
On the right is where you meet up with Dirk. If you follow the red line you can see where Kloe's building is. You have to go inside this building to find Kloe.
