I just spent the entire morning decoding the number codes in Jopaga's mansion's experimental facility by using the "phone code thing". There were two that made no sense whatsoever and one, like Rhue said, seems to be missing a few pieces. Anyways, here they are. (Hopefully this isn't old news)
