What are .xyz files because all the face sets are .xyz!
It's really confusing because no-one seems to know what they are!

They're an encoded graphics format that Rm2K will convert all your graphics into if you so wish, so that people can't steal them. Granted, you can just open up RM2K and export the graphics as PNGs.

Or because not everyone has the ability to create new stuff. Still, I don't condone stealing others' work unless they have permission and put it in the credits.

I use 'em for IM avatars, in order to advertise The Way. Got three people into it that way. And then, I give them their own avatar to advertise The Way as well. A kind of a chain reaction.

EDIT: Heh, stuck it as my avatar (for now).

Anyways, .XYZ is the "native" format of RM2K as most people has said. Why the extention XYZ I have no idea. Crazy japanese people with their crazy extentions.
