I asked him this in an IRC part once, he said he uses IDraw (avaliable on most big RM2K sprites), and Charamucker 1999 (No longer avaliable anywhere, to my knowledge).

The second rank in the Lyn classification scheme. Plyn comes after Lyn.

Check the Wanderer's Guidebook for more information (I sound like the game now).
