I NEED MAJOR HELP ON EPISODE 5

i am on the snowy mountain. i have dirk and skatha with me. right when i start to go into another screen a creature attacks me. when i got to fight it rhue and the girl are already dead leaving only dirk. and hes weak i dont know y rhue and the girl are alrdy dead. can any1 help me?
