I failed to encounter Rosmar in a duel on Episode 4. I don't know how it happened, but I completely over looked it. Could someone please tell me if Rosmar dies after the duel or not? I would like to know. I hope he didn't, because he had quite a bit of potential as a character.

You can plunge against him if you go to the marketplace before going to talk to Cesta. He doesn't die. But I don't remember seeing him after certain spoiler-heavy events in Estrana in Ep.5, if that means anything.

Hey, he probably died when the pits opened up.. I noticed another thing though, monsters just outside of Estrana were stronger than monsters from the darkest depths of the pits...

well, they came from the dephts of the pits.
anyway, it's just a gameplay factor. I don't think it would be very challenging to fight cave sludges in ep5...
