I need help. I want to get the two notch items from forewoman Hill, but I can't get my score over 25. Any tips would be much appreciated. Also, does anyone know for sure how the cannon jams? Is it the time, the amount of shots you took, or the time you held the action key?

TIA

You got 2 minutes 30 seconds to kill as many as possible. As for strategy I can't help you.

Firstly, go into RM2K and insert a save point right before the minigame starts, after the cannon controls explanation. It'll save your sanity.

One strategy is to hold down the spacebar, it should actually get you to 30 all right. Just press forward to shoot at enemies around the middle of the screen. Remember that it's the lower part of the flame that actually kills them.

One of the hardest parts of playing normally is remembering to hold down the space bar, and not letting it mess up your timeline. You'll get it eventually, just keep trying.

Thanks Impossible! On my second try I got 32 kills, as well as Stricite and Focite from Hill.

No problem, I don't mind helping anyone whose typing doesn't kill my brain cells.

You see if I had known that before, I would not be so twitchy due to the fact I went through those goddamned instuctions mebbe...12 times.

Ooooh... twleve times. I lost count at about thirty. (I do not have good reflexes!) I had to quit for a day after I was one Scarve (ack! spelling!) short of the number needed more than thirty seconds before the end, yet I didn't manage to get that last one!

The first time through I had just given up, when I went for max stats I used a strategy similar to Impossibles. Still took me awhile though, long enough to have the instructions permenantly burned into my head.

That's the only minigame I hated and didn't get the prize with. It's pretty fun on it own, but the scarves should pass by at a slower rate so you can have two shots at one.

I cheated on that one.

I used Artmoney, waited until I had like 5 kills, searched for 5, killed one more, and searched for values that had changed to 6, then took that value and raised it to 30. It worked.

I would feel guilty about that, but I was playing the series for the second time, with the primary purpose being the maxing of my stats, and after about ten tries at that mini-game, I hadn't even come close.

I thought the Blood Lyn game in EP4 was much more frustrating then this. It was fun, but very hard for me. It seemed to me that Traziuns energy bar moved much more slowly then Rhue's, and he seemed to get more Blood Lyn on his side too.

Yeah, it's impossible to win the Blood Lyn game without getting hit, because Traziun will run out of energy.
