trouble saving

whenever i try to save in episode, it says that there is an error in way/episode 5 save and it closes down. this really makes me angry because i have to keep restarting the game. can someone tell me how to fix this? if you could email your help to

Do you have the newest version? That shouldn't happen anymore...

Version 1.6 still has Save01.lsd set to read-only.
To fix this, just remove the read-only attribute from this file (it is located in the folder you installed this Episode in, probably Program Files\The Way\Episode5)
