I'm having problems getting Episode 1: The Way to start. I read the topic on Episode 1 about the installer not setting up the shortcut, but even after I double click on the RPG_RT.exe file a hourglass icon appears briefly and then the screen goes black. I've waited several minutes just to see if it was taking awhile to load but I got nothing. If anyone can help it would be much appreiciated. Thanks.

This has happend to me before too. If you have alot of other programs running, or if you use Windows XP, if any other users are logged on it doesn't like to work. Try turing off everything you can before starting it up.
