In FF2, the characters didn't really have personalities, but I still prefer Frioniel to the DARK KNIGHT Cecil...

Cecil was crap.

Butz was okay, but little in the way of personality.

Terra was the first serious character in my opinion, so I like her. Main focus on uncertanty and confusion.

Cloud's character was great. Again a focus on confusion and a mysterious past.

Squall was an idiot.

Zidane was fun, but sorta idiotic. I liked him because he was a thief mainly, but he was too helpful and optimistic.

Tidus... well... who DID like Tidus?

FFX-2 was terrible so I didn't even want to play long enough to really get to grips with her character in the sequal. She sucked in both games in my opinion though.

I haven't played tactics yet though.

So in my opinion the best character is Cloud. Because he was the best developed in my opinion who wasn't an ass hole or complete retard.

Yuna in FFX was like, "omg, i'm a wimp. protect me, tidus!"

and Tidus was like, "omg, i'm a wimp, protect me, auron!"

and Auron is like, "stfu, i'm not done drinking, dammit!"


and FFX-2 was like, woohoo! ladies night out! tacofest!

My favorite character is Ramza, seeing how thats the only one I've played. I accidently voted for Cloud though.

Ramza.. what a biatch. he even looks like a biatch. just look at his face.. and his lack of a nose..

All the games suck, and most of the characters suck, too. But since unlike with the last poll, I don't have to imply that any of the games are good, I voted for Zidane.

I voted for Cloud because he is confused and he doesn't remember shit properly and he makes the game really interesting.

In fact, the reason I love "The Way" is because Rhue reminds me so much of Cloud.

Don't ask why because my answer may or may not be stupid and I do not want to further degrade myself.

Well, I have trouble choosing between Zidane and Squall, but if I judged Cloud by what I saw of him in Kingdom Hearts and the first 10 or so mins of ff7 then he'd be my favorite..... crap, I'll just choose Zidane, he was funny...

I've never played any other FF game other than FF1 and FF6 (whichever is the one with BM and whichever is the one with UMARO!!!)

I havent been able to play many final fansasy games, only 2 and 8. I'm still trying to find somebody with 7 YARG! Its like the hardest game to find

Zidan was just stupid monkey, Squall speaked with himself too much, Ramza was cool heretic, but not cool enought (although, he had Ultima!), others just suck, so the choise is Cloud (why "Cloude"??). If he'll mutter to himself "Wonderfull...", he'll be bestest chara in universe.

Damn right it's hard to find.

I payed $50 AUD for my first copy in 2000 but my sister broke it 3 years later.

So I searched everywhere to get a new copy.
I found a second hand copy (not platinum) and I payed about $150 AUD for it, but it was in near perfect condition so it was worth it.

I have burned the game and keep the original in a safe place.

some people sell the NTSC/UC version for like $17.50 US +shipping fee and import tax and stupid fees like that, but it's worth it.
But i'm not sure if they ship to Canada or not.

(well obviously if it is the Canadian/American version then the seller would be shipping within those two countries).

Final Fantasy is my favorite series ever and FF7 is my favorite game out of that series.
