Posted: Thu Sep 16, 2004 4:07 pmI have it. It's like either a watered down and crappy Sphere, or a beefed up RM2k. It really doesn't appease either party. The defaults are buggy beyond belief, chipsets are tiny, resources are limited.
Oh, sure, you can reprogram it. But you're not using Visual Basic or God forbit, Java. You're using Ruby, easily one of the worst languages EVER.

Anyway, I think 2004 kills XP......just for the 3rd person system

Posted: Thu Sep 16, 2004 4:30 pmThe only good thing about XP is the scripting and new graphic mode. The rest is pretty usual, or worse than the others. I hate the face/battle sets, and some of the functions have been removed.
But, it is pretty cool with the new resolution. You can have charsets of substantially different sizes on the same map, and you can put about a bazillion tiles on the same chipset, not to mention the extra layer.
It might get popular, but I don't really use any of them anyway...

Posted: Fri Sep 17, 2004 6:53 pmWhat? The one from RPG Infinity is full version english, tons of good rtp sources, Graphics are beautiful and the possibility doesn't seem to end. Aside from that, yes, I'm back, didn't feel like posting for a while I guess
