I just got the first ending...

how do you get the others?

Also, I've heard there are multiple optional characters you can get... who/how? I got Slade... are there any others?

We REALLY need a FAQ...

*SPOILERS*

You can get Sorya in the Plunge tournament at the Casino, but only if Rhue killed her, but you still had a decent relationship with her.
You can get Lexus, and get a special ending related to Lexus, by going through a very large series of events - to start with, just get Lexus herself - go to her grave, that will get you to the right place.

Hidden throughout the City are four Shadow plungers, all the rooms they're in are accessed directly from the city itself, they're just impossible to see. If you beat them all, all four shadows in the area underneath the tower will open, and you can fight the ultimate boss for the very weird and nonsensical Reaches ending.

Ugh, so that's why I've heard it's better to have Sorya killed off...

Guess I should redo ep 5 before my next ep 6 playthrough... or maybe someone will be kind enough to upload a save at the beginning of ep 6 with sorya dead?

If you have MORE than 7 Sorya points, he'll spare her. Otherwise, it's off with her head.

...anyone have a save they could shove my way? It would be really greatly appreciated...

I've heard there's also a minimum number of Sorya points you need to recruit her in Ep 6... if so, what's this number? I'd hate to end up with too few... (i'm going through ep 4 again now and it seems like i'm going to end up with 5)
