Or maybe the secret regarding the end of the way was so shocking, that it drove 'Eyashu' mad. Maybe Eyashu didn't actually die so much as 'disappear'. Dirk is a little kooky in the head, i'm betting Dirk was Eyashu, and whatever he saw at the end of the way changed him enough that he'd leave his old identity, go crazy, etc. If he isn't Eyashu, I'm thinking he at least knew Eyashu, and found of this secret along with him.

Bleh, or maybe not... But i'm thinking Eyashu isn't a new person. (DIPPY OMG)

I think I'm gonna replay the whole series again because the name of Eyashu doesn't ring a bell...
Can anybody give a pointer as to where exactly his name is mentionned because playing through 5 games just for a name is a bit tedious... (would be the 3rd time I go through the series ...)
Maybe I just skipped over the name... Or it didn't strike me as odd back then...

And reading this thread is more confusing then anything else, that's why I'm asking...
Ken~ says: I'll be a cop by then...
~Alundra~ says:All right, grand tour of china! drivin' around in a cop car!
Ken~says:You'll be wearing the uniform too?
~Alundra~ says:no u'll wear the uniform
~Alundra~ says:i'll just be sitting next to you going woeh woeh woeh ¨-^

Dirk and Scatha mention him in the last event at the Blana Sera Temple.

I don't think that Dirk is Eyashu, because I think that Scatha knows who Eyashu is, at least academically. Otherwise when Dirk mentioned him, Scatha would have said, "Who issss Eyashu?" or something to that effect.

As for the Forerunners and the Pharaphalyn, that is an interesting theory. Although actually I don't remember anyone doubting that the Forerunners actually existed. Everyone seemed to take them for granted. But there could be some connection.

And it makes a certain sense that the End of the Way invalidates the reason for Wanders to...well...wander. There is still the unexplained mystery of why Tetzel mandated that The Guided could stay in Estrana, and it could have something to do with that.

Hey, now that you did such a great impression on scatha...
Is there any theory on why the hell she hisses all the time?
A mere devastating burn to the face cannot make you hiss can it?
I always thought she was some kinda snake (in the earliest episodes)...

Oh, and another question, though it might not truly fit in this topic.
What do we know about the Path of Para?
Don't start flaming me just yet by yelling they are but a bunch of losers and stuff... hear me out. We don't quite know anything besides them loathing any possible violence. But it is the name of a "path"... They Way... a path... get it? Maybe Para was a forerunner? And he was some kind of religious guy? It's the only known religion besides the Purpose believers...he had to be special.

Yeah yeah, I know I should keep my mouth shut and that most of you think I'm way too deep into the game but there are worse theories out there that are hailed so bear with it. Back to Eyashu then...

Remember Scatha can talk to that monster that Rhue kills. Likely she's been in the pits so long with only whatever the hell those pink things were and other assorted riff-raff she now speaks with a "monstry" accent. (Originally I thought part of her mouth had been burned and scarred together, but since she talks pretty well immediatly after the burning it was more likely the Pits being the cause.)
Maybe if you know your true love is about to move away to college or something, you can stick this shit in the stereo and make the moment last while at the same time listening to pussies whine about bitch shit. Just like you.

If her mouth was burned badly would she hiss when she talks in "monster" language too?

It could have developed after the scarring. And as for her talking 'pretty well' after having her face burned, the only words she says are 'you' and 'witch', neither of which has an 's', the only letter with which Scatha has a speech impediment.

However, I hadn't thought of speaking the demonic tongue for so long resulting in Scatha's accent. It could also explain her occasional 'Ashkt' statement. And I guess the explanation works better with that bit than 'Scatha's burns are so bad she's now compelled to make the sound every now and then.' I mean, that could still be the explanation, but I kinda doubt that now. I still think the 'hissing s's are the result of her burns, though. But, until we know more about just how bad the woman's burns are and what the demonic language is like, we won't really know, I guess.

Her burns must be pretty bad considering that she wears that purple mask all the time. Either that, or she was extreemly pretty and can't stand the sight of even a few burns.

Judging from her character now, I doubt she is that vain about her appearance... Actually... She was happy to hear Rhue say she had nice hair or something like that... Nah, I don't think she's that vain or naive... Besides, that flame the mother did on her took up over half her body, that's not gonna leave a small burn...

I honestly doubt that where Rhue and Gaius is the End of the Way, or the Way is close to repeating itself at all. Considering Rhue completed his roundabout in a few years (assuming he WAS a child when he begun), there's no way he made a perfect circle of The Way, if people wander their entire life and don't see this

I think that the ridge they're standing at is an illusion in Rhue's mind, created by Tetzel/Gaius to prove to Rhue he is the PS. (He sees himself killing Serena and little Jeruh, he'd go completely ape and probably think he is the PS)
